Waukesha Bearings, a global leader in the design and manufacture of engineered hydrodynamic bearings and magnetic bearing systems, announced the forthcoming expansion of its Antigo, Wisconsin, manufacturing facility. The new construction is a nearly 3250 m2 extension of the current building. The bearings manufactured in Antigo deliver long life and reliable performance for turbomachinery across the world’s oil & gas, power generation, marine and industrial markets. The additional manufacturing space will accommodate current production for marine bearing systems as well as new marine projects. Once the expansion is complete, the Antigo facility will have nearly 9300 m2 of space. Work is expected to be completed by January 2020.
