The planned Namur Annual Conference with the motto „Enhanced Connectivity for Smart Production“ which is sponsored by Phoenix Contact was intensively prepared by Namur China core team and Phoenix Contact local team. When reviewing the current global situation of Covid-19 during preparation, concerns raise on the uncertainty about the future development of Covid-19 and associated restrictions which may undermine the intensive technical exchange and the community spirit typical for this event.
To keep achieving a good technical exchange, Namur Annual Conference China will be postponed by one year. Namur and Phoenix Contact will continue the close cooperation and prepare for the conference for August 2021.
