Beginning with the next financial year, the size of the Executive Board at industrial services provider Bilfinger will be reduced from four to three members.
Michael Bernhardt stepped down from the Executive Board as of December 31, 2019. His responsibilities, including his role as Labor Director, will be assumed by Chief Executive Officer Tom Blades (on the left). Bernhardt was appoint-ed member of the Executive Board and Labor Director at Bil-finger SE sinceNovember 1, 2015.
