The Stela Laxhuber product range includes belt driers especially for sewage sludge. This systems have the following characteristics: small space required, flexible to install, realisable as single or multi-belt drier, depending on the space available and the throughput rate, cooling zone for product cooling, dedusting of the exhaust air, heat recovery by means of exhaust air recirculation, thus reduction of the exhaust volume flow and reduced consumption, waste heat utilizing of the heated cooling air as well as alternating air duct system or multi-belt system for careful and constant drying of the product. Parts with product contact are made of stainless steel to increase the operating time. The final product is of high quality, granulated, dust-free, hygienized and storable. Extensive doors and inspection windows allow best accessibility to the product-carrying parts at the drier. The drying degree is adjustable from 60 up to 95 % DS. Low-temperature drying is possible at 100 up to 130 °C.
