As extension to its individual process solutions the circular vibratory screening machine VRS of the Allgaier group offers a powerful and economic technology for a wide field of applications. The low-maintenance screening machine is suitable for the use in fractionating, protective and control screening, dedusting as well as wet screening and dewatering of a variety of bulk solids. The model range of the VRS is produced in four sizes with 600 to 1,500 mm screen diameter and screening areas ranging from 0,28 up to 1,59 m² with 1 to 3 decks. The design with clamping screws for assembly of the screen inserts was preferred against the conventional tensioning belts. The screening machine is supported through robust rubber elements on a mounting frame. An additional feature is the flanged-type unbalanced motor underneath the machine with adjustable vibration intensity. Optional are the integration of a ball cleaning system and the supply of flexible connections at the outlets.
