The tank cleaning head series Tankmaster by Woma features a gear unit that disperses the water jet especially densely so that it reaches every part of the container’s interior. The cleaning heads are inserted into the tank either attached to a hose or installed in a fixed position on a device. Water dispersion is achieved by the rotation of the head. To control the water jet, the rotational speed can be varied. Different types of cleaning heads are available according to the respective degree of soiling. The type 1250S delivers a large volume flow up to 250 l/min, and the type 1500L provides a pressure up to 1,500 bar. For areas with a risk of explosion, type 500/200 EX is offered. This type is certified according to Atex and may be applied in areas up to zone 0 at 500 bar. With housings and high-pressure parts made of stainless steel, robust sealing systems and hardened sprockets the cleaning heads ensure a long service life and continuous operation.
