The sera CVD (compact vertical dosing) system not only impresses with its suitability for many different dosing applications but also with its efficiency, operating reliability and short-term availability. Its modular design makes it possible to customise the functions to individual demands and dosing requirements using standardised components. A number of optional standardised accessories such as pulsation dampeners and terminal boxes for the electrical supply are also available. Safety upgrades, e. g. collecting basins, splash guards, leakage sensors and diaphragm rupture indicators, ensure a high level of protection.
Sera offers three types of dosing systems for delivery rates up to 60, 550 and 1500 l/h under the designation CVD1. The basic design consists of the diaphragm dosing pump, two-way ball valves on pressure side, a diaphragm overflow valve, a wall mounting plate made of PP (including collecting basin), pipe work pressure side and gaskets made of EPDM or FPM. A larger system (CVD2) is available if higher delivery rates or simultaneous dosing of two different media is required.
