Eltherm have developed the fast connector and power temination system El-Clic for users of self-regulating heating cables of types ELSR-N, -LS and -W. With just a single fast power termination or fast connector, users will for the first time ever be able to power up to three self-regulating heating cables at the same time, to link two or three heating cables, or to set up T-splices without difficulty. Moreover, the El-Clic may be installed without the use of any additional accessories for wall mounting. Its built-in feet make positioning on pipes much easier. The compact format of ElClic, its light weight, and its quick, uncomplicated and safe installation with no easy-to-lose parts also optimise handling for users.
The manufacturer is launching two versions of the El-Clic, one to provide a power termination with a factory-terminated extra-long supply lead (El-Clic P), and one solely for connecting up to three heating cables, without a power supply lead (El-Clic S).
