The Liquisonic inline analyser by SensoTech measures the concentration in liquids directly, continuously and precisely in vessels and pipes without needing a bypass. Applications include, for example, the production of chemicals and pharmaceuticals, the chlor-alkali electrolysis, gas scrubbers, phase separations, crystallisations or polymerisations. The sensors can be integrated into any plant system, various sizes of pipes from DN10 up, and vessels. The technology is based on sonic velocity measurement providing high measuring accuracy and the advantage of robust and mainte-nance-free sensors. Due to the use of special materials, the sensor is resistant to corrosion. The measuring results will be updated every second and can be sent online to PCs and process control systems.
