For this demand Langguth, specialist for tailor-made labelling solutions, presents wet glue labellers of the series wetLAN. The machines are available as rotary and linear labellers. In linear operation cylindrical, conical, oval-conical and angular containers are equipped with patch and wrap-around labels using a capacity of up to 24.000 labellings/h.
According to different requirements the used glue types have well-proven adhesive properties and can easily be removed by water which is an important feature especially for reusable containers. The cleaning expenditure for these machines is reduced to a minimum. The use of solvents is not required. The glue thickness is adapted as per the actual demand by fine adjustment. A very thin glue application meets ecological requirements and saves money. During machine passage all containers are supervised by sensors. A characteristic feature of this series are the different label magazines. For the high-speed range Langguth applies stationary magazines with vacuum suctioning bars. The label magazines can be refilled during production. The magazines are steplessly adjustable with regard to label size and glueing height.
