Netzsch has rounded off its range of mini dosing pumps with a total of five Nemo C.Pro models. The new geometries of the solid plastic pump provide customers from the chemicals and waste water industry with considerably wider options for application. By using different geometries, the designers can now achieve pres-sures of up to 20 bar and pumping capacities of 0.5 to 1000 l/h.
The main feature of all pump assemblies – apart from the drive unit – is the complete use of plastics. The pump manufacturer uses high-strength, chemical and temperature resistant thermosetting plastics for the housing so that the pumps are able to run smoothly even in rough and aggressive operating environments. By utilising the manufacturing-related advantages of the thermosetting plastics and PVDF used, Nemo C.Pro can be constructed with just six components: These are the rotating unit with rotor (rotor optionally available in stainless steel), iFD stator, stator housing with pres-sure ports, pump housing with gasket seat, gasket and drive unit.
