Due to its modular design, Feige’s Pail Fill system can be individually adapted to customer requirements and at maximum output fills up to 20 pails/min with liquids. The Pail Fill equipment consists of various components, which can be connected in-line and combined as required. The core is a high-speed automatic pail filling machine – an alternating inline filler that can be adapted to the requirements of various industries. The combination with supplementary machine parts turns the equipment into a fully automatic production and packaging line. This includes mixers for raw material processing and a pump system without interfaces as well as the pail denester E-1200 and the robot lid placer and closer D-1200, both with uninterruptible pail or lid feed. A palletising system rounds off the equipment.
The decisive advantage of PailFill: The product flow from the feed pump is distributed to two, three or four filling stations by the central weighing electronics – depending on the desired filling performance. The electronic system separately controls the speed of each filling station and adapts the times of the parallel filling processes to each other. The result is a minimisation of the overall filling time. While a pail is changed at one station, the pails at the other stations are filled.
