The worm gear unit SN5VH from Ruhrgetriebe has a lightweight aluminium body and impresses with its compact design based on the modular principle and thus offers a wide range of possible uses for industrial applications. The output shafts can be implemented both as solid and hollow shafts – in order to be able to react to different conditions in different applications, the mounting position can be selected variably.
Available are gear-motor combinations between 32 and 120 W (other engine power possible) and ratios from 7 to 50:1 with which effective torques of up to 9 Nm are possible in a compact installation space.
In addition to the many possible applications for new designs, the SN5VH is also suitable for repair or replacement requirements for gearboxes already in use.
