The Dulcoflex DFYa peristaltic metering pump combines the advantages of peristaltic and metering pumps. It ensures precise, linear and repeatable metering under all process conditions. The pump delivers quantities between 5.5 and 410 l/h. It can be controlled electronically and is operated via the intuitive user interface with four buttons and a click-wheel. The DFYa meters valvefree with high precision. All the advantages of a peristaltic pump remain. Highly outgassing, viscous, abrasive, particle-containing or shear-sensitive fluids can be metered. For changing the hose, the operator receives precise instructions on the steps to be taken via the display. The rotor automatically moves to the correct positions for the hose change. Different hose materials, such as NR, NBR, NBR-A, EPDM and Hypalon, enable a very wide range of media to be metered.
