Flow measurement of conductive liquids

The new generation of the electromagnetic flow meter Modmag M1000 is suitable for bidirectional flow measurement of conductive liquids up to >5 μs/cm and when used on demineralised water to >20 μS/cm. With an accuracy of ±0.3 % of actual value (±2 mm/s) and a repeatability of 0.1 %, the Modmag M1000 is available in pipe sizes from DN 6 to DN 200. A variety of process connections such as DIN, ANSI, JI, AWWA flange and others are available and Tri-Clamp, DIN 11851 as well as special connections can also be selected.

The amplifier Modmag M1000 is powered by 92 to 275 V(AC) (50/60 Hz) with optional 9 to 36 V(DC) and is ideally suited for flow measurements at fluid temperatures from -40 to +150 °C. An LC graphic display shows all necessary information such as the instant flow, total flow, daily flow as well as showing error reports. Various inputs and outputs such as RS232, RS422, RS485 and Modbus RTU interfaces enable a wide area of application. A robust aluminium case benefitting from IP 67 protection permits use in even rough environments.
