Sonopuls HD 3080 and Sonopuls HD 3200 are 80- and 200-watts homogenizers from Bandelin. Amplitude, pulsation and time as well as further control parameters can be set on the Sonopuls homogenizers. The application of energy into the sample is shown on the display in kJ. The temperature controller prevents harmful overheating of the sample by terminating the process when the sample reaches a predetermined limit temperature from 0 up to 120 °C. The necessary temperature sensor is optionally available. Operating settings can be easily stored in up to nine user programs for easy retrieval for repetitive processes. The Sonopuls ultrasonic homogenizers are capable of processing volumes from 50 µl up to 1000 ml and up to 30 l per hour using a flow-through vessel.
