Plastic multi-port valve blocks
Gemü offers flexible plastic multi-port valve blocks for multi-functional applications in the smallest of spaces. These reduce the use of moulded parts, welds and solvent cemented joints to an absolute minimum. Due to their customised design, they can take on a wide variety of functions. In addition, it is possible to integrate a sensor system, filters and check valves.
Owing to the requirement for even more flexible application possibilities, the extendable multi-port valve blocks came about in collaboration with customers. The concept can cover the majority of possible variants with just a few basic versions. These basic blocks can be connected without any additional piping, adhesive bonding or welding, to produce an extended multi-port valve block. Subsequent modifications to the process plant, which are requested by the plant operator on site, can also be implemented quickly and easily.
